Pharmaceutical Sales-No office West Coast Accounts



Pharmaceutical and medical communication and market research sales. Growing company interested in expanding its client base seeks to identify a Manager of New Business Development.



Candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintain and establish accounts with pharmaceutical/biotech companies located in the West Coast.



Manager, New Business Development

Responsibilities include:

Development and execution of marketing campaigns generating capabilities meetings and eventually commissioned business

Identifying new business opportunities with established clients
Developing and maintaining status reports and communicating project status with clients

Provision of weekly status reports regarding business development activities

Daily input of business activities in company software


Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree or higher
Master?s degree preferred

5+ years experience working in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Must include at least 3 years sales experience

Strong understanding of both market research and medical communication required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Extreme attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and solution oriented

Must have proven sales track record
Ability to work in team environment and manage deadlines
Must be able to balance the needs of external clients as well as internal clients

Travel flexibility required

Demonstrated expertise in Outlook, PowerPoint and Word401K offered

After 1 year of full time employment and allowed during the enrollment period

Complete medical coverage offered to employee and family
